I have worked with couples and individuals within a collaborative relationship on a wide range of mental and emotional health concerns. I hope to help clients identify and navigate issues that are problematic or difficult for them to process resulting in their being stuck and not able to move forward toward a healthier place. We all encounter life’s difficulties and stress in relationship challenges, in health concerns, in anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, in disappointments and grief. I hope to offer the coping skills needed to experience emotional balance, to manage anxiety, to cope with grief, or improve communications skills. Our work together could be to identifying negative thoughts that are problematic while encourage self-awareness to gain a greater sense of well-being and a clearer perspective on things. I work with evidence-based therapeutic modalities incorporating Emotional Regulation, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Talk Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy, EFT, EMDR and Christian counseling while utilizing the Clients own values. It takes courage to ask for help… even though we all need it. My goal is to provide a safe supportive space where you can reflect, tell the complexities of your story and begin to gain some clarity, some hope, some healing.
