I work with adolescents and adults, individuals and couples who have experienced some form of trauma or struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, a loss of self, or grief. You have taken the first brave step towards healing and confronting issues, but you do NOT have to do it ALONE. Let me help you better understand how your past is impacting your present, develop compassion and respect for yourself, and discover more helpful ways to overcome pain and hardship.
