Sara Amos (She/Her) is an LCSW and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Sara is uniquely skilled to help you navigate the unhealthy patterns that result from unresolved trauma, depression and anxiety. Since 2005, she has been working in a variety of community mental health settings and is passionate about supporting individuals in order to strengthen our community.
She has unique insight and experience with compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma that informs her practice as well as the path of healing on which she guides her clients. These valuable experiences have shaped a robust program of professional courses that Sara offers to non profit agencies, schools and churches across the country. Sara is passionate about supporting the groups and individuals trying to effect change in every pocket of our world!
In addition to caring for Nashville’s helpers, Sara enjoys yoga, reading and spending as much time outside as possible with her husband and two boys.
