I understand what it feels like to be stuck in the same cycle that fuels disconnection from myself, the people around me, and God. It is a helpless feeling finding yourself in the same arugement with you spouse or doing the same unhealthy behavior, or seeing the same disrespect from your adolescenet child. If you find yourself stuck in one of these patterns, I would count it a privelege to walk with you through healing. I work with couples, families, and individuals. I will first simply offer you a safe place to explore what you are experiencing and to join with you as a teammate on a road to healing. I am trained in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) which explores these unwanted cycles we find ourselves in especially with those we love and over time gets behind the walls we put up in those cycles to what our hearts are genuinely feeling and longing for. If you are an exhausted parent that needs non judgmental outside support, a frustrated or hurt spouse that can’t seem to reach common ground, or someone that is stuck in a pattern of unwanted sexual behavior, I would be eager to speak with you and see if I would be a good fit to walk alongside you in this trying time.
