Robert Russell is a marriage and family therapist and co-owner of Clarity Therapy, with offices in Franklin and Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He works with individuals, couples, and groups, helping them uncover patterns, process emotions, and build relationships marked by authenticity, courage, and compassion. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the science of attachment, Robert creates a safe space where people can find clarity and connection in the places they feel most stuck. Before entering the world of therapy, Robert served for many years on staff at New Vision Church, where he developed a deep passion for emotional and spiritual growth within the church community. His background in ministry continues to shape his approach to therapy, emphasizing both heart and hope in the healing process. In addition to his counseling work, Robert is an experienced videographer and editor, producing story-driven content for organizations, artists, and educators. Creativity and connection remain central to everything he does—whether he’s crafting a short film, teaching a group session, or building new ways to help others grow.
