There was a time I looked around and didn’t recognize my own life. After the end of an 18-year relationship, I found myself navigating single motherhood, grief, and the pressure to hold it all together. I share this because I know how heavy it can feel to keep moving while feeling lost in your own story—and how lonely it can be to hold it all. Today, I help women reconnect to themselves, step out of cycles of self-doubt, burnout, and relational dysfunction, and build lives aligned with their authentic selves. I also support those navigating the complexities of loving someone with mood disorders, addiction, or personality disorders, offering a warm, nonjudgmental space to process boundaries, grief, guilt, and family dynamics. Here’s what I believe: You don’t have to keep performing to be enough. You’re allowed to want things, to feel things, and to remember who you are beyond your roles and responsibilities. You’re not too much. You’re not too late. And you’re not alone. God has been instrumental in the healing of the trust, intimacy and secure connection wounds I’ve experienced, both with my family of origin and with my ex-husband whom struggles with poly-addiction and mood disorders. He has become a safe space for me to land and for me to connect with a deeper conscious of radical acceptance, compassion, and discernment – to myself, to the world and to others. I believe we heal in relationship — with each other, with our bodies, and with something deeper. My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative, rooted in the belief that you are the creator of your life story. I integrate attachment theory, self-compassion practices, somatic-based trauma interventions, and contemplative practices to help clients understand the “why” behind their patterns, access what’s really beneath the conditioned stories we tell ourselves, and build practical steps toward meaningful change. I hold certifications in Clinical Trauma, Compassion-Based Resiliency, Shame, Emotional Manipulation and Narcissistic Abuse and am trained in Level 1 Somatic Experiencing. I am also completing my Christian Coaching Certification and begin level 2 in 10/2025. When I’m not carting kiddos to lessons and practices, I’m likely hiking at Radnor Lake or at a local shop sipping on a coffee tonic outside.
