Hi there – I’m Jenny! I help stressed and overwhelmed women (ages 18+) find balance in their lives.
A wise counselor once told me “overwhelmed often means undernourished”.
In an effort to be everything to everyone or to survive all that life throws at us, we put ourselves on the back burner. Our emotions, needs, and wants go unmet or get suppressed because there’s simply not enough time and we don’t want to burden anyone. Never mind the fact that it sounds hard and scary to turn inwards and face the reality that we feel lost, disconnected, sad, lonely, hurt, anxious, empty, exhausted, burned out. The list goes on. So we cope in a variety of ways – some that help, a lot that don’t, and in the end we’re still struggling.
I believe that change is possible and there’s another way forward that leads to a more fulfilling life and meaningful relationships. And though it may be hard and scary, I believe you’re worth it and you don’t have to do it alone.
As a counselor, I provide a calm, steady presence and a space for you to slow down long enough to process and reflect, reconnect with your heart so you can access your emotions and get your needs met, and understand your story so you can better know yourself and show up more authentically with the people you love most.
Originally from Massachusetts, I moved to Nashville in 2010 to attend Belmont University and pursue a career in the music business. Upon graduation, I was lucky enough to work at a record label in town before transitioning to work at Belmont where I’ve spent the bulk of my 10-year career prior to completing my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling. Because of my history working in and adjacent to the music industry, I enjoy working with clients who are in the field and are navigating the tumultuous waters that come with it.
If any of this resonates with you and it feels like we may be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you. Feel free to call or email and I will respond within 24-48 hours.

About Me:
I’ve been married to my best friend, Brooks, since 2019 and we’ve been together for almost a decade. I started my own counseling journey several years ago thanks to his encouragement, and it was a turning point for me. Not only did the process help me understand my story and develop healthier patterns so I could show up better in my relationships, it also sparked a passion to help others experience the gift therapy can offer. I hope to always learn and grow, so I continue to do my own work through counseling, reading books, listening to podcasts, and seeking wisdom from the many counselors in my life. In my free time, I can usually be found with Brooks, family, or friends, taking classes at Orangetheory, or curled up with a book under a cozy blanket. I also love cheering on my favorite NFL teams (yes, being from MA means I’m a Patriots fan, though I love the Titans, too), rewatching my favorite comedy TV shows, and frequenting Baja Burrito.
