I’m Grace Womack, a therapist deeply committed to the power of connection and self-discovery. I was born and raised in Nashville, earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, and received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca University. I’m passionate about creating a space where my clients feel safe, seen, and understood. I view therapy as a collaborative journey—one that invites exploration, healing, and growth. I work with clients to identify areas of their lives where they feel “stuck,” often due to patterns that were formed in childhood as ways to meet important needs for safety and security. While these strategies may have once been helpful, they can now stand in the way of deeper connection with ourselves and others. Together, we’ll explore these patterns, uncover limiting beliefs, and move gently toward healing and transformation. I believe we are all innately designed for meaningful relationships—with ourselves, with others, and with God. I’ve found that therapy is most powerful when done in a safe, nonjudgmental space where true change can unfold. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-based, and person-centered care. I’m honored to walk alongside adolescents, men, and women as they navigate life’s complexities, including: Anxiety Grief Trauma Self-Worth & Identity Life Transitions Relationship Dynamics Childhood Trauma Spiritual Trauma Sexuality Concerns Outside the therapy room, I love going on walks with my husband and our dog, sipping iced lattes, rewatching The Office, and listening to Wicked or Les Misérables on Spotify.
