My approach to therapy comes from a relationship centered approach. I enjoy incorporating self-esteem building, strengths-based approaches, grounding practices, as well as play therapy with younger clients. I draw from many approaches, including Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, DBT and CBT. I take a holistic approach when collaborating with each client making sure that we are paying attention to each aspect of their life.
