I specialize in working with women who are career-driven women and entrepreneurs transfer their success from their work lives into their home lives again.
My approach to counseling is attachment-based, trauma-informed, and positive psychology forward, and spiritually sound… meaning I offer warmth and compassion while also offering more directive, practical, and spiritual solutions to help you reach your goals. I also use EMDR to help people truly believe—deep down—that they are enough just as they are.
I graduated from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary with a Masters in Counseling, and I have been practicing in Nashville for the past 7 years. License #4607
I offer in person and telehealth sessions for adults. I also offer EMDR intensives for this who want a deep amount of healing in a short amount of time. I don’t take insurance. A Superbill can be provided upon request.
